You can create an account for users who have not yet used the app within your organization. You may use only email addresses with your organization's domain, so you need only enter the first part of their address that comes before the @.
If this user already exists, we'll take you to their existing account instead. Users created here will not be notified, though records created within this account will be synchronized with user-created accounts when they add and verify an email address matching this one.
